Hundvåg IL was one of 67 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Sparebanken Vest Regy Cup 2024. They participated with two teams in Gutter 13 and Gutter 14 respectively. The team in Gutter 14 made it to the the Final in Slutspill A, but lost it against Stegaberg IL by 4-5.
In addition to this, Hundvåg IL have participated in Sparebanken Vest Regy Cup before. During Sparebanken Vest Regy Cup 2023, Hundvåg had one team playing in Gutter 15. The team in Gutter 15 made it to the the Semi final in Slutspill A, but lost it against Oltedal FK by 1-2.
