Sædalen Idrettslag was one of 67 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Sparebanken Vest Regy Cup 2024. They participated with two teams in Jenter 13 and Jenter 15 respectively. The team in Jenter 15 made it to the the Semi final in Slutspill B, but lost it against Skjoldar, IL Skjoldar/Vats/Vik/Vindafjord J15 by 4-5.

In addition to this, Sædalen Idrettslag have participated in Sparebanken Vest Regy Cup before. During Sparebanken Vest Regy Cup 2023, Sædalen Idrettslag had two teams playing in Gutter 15 and Jenter 15 respectively. The team in Jenter 15 made it to the the Final in Slutspill A, but lost it against Fotballklubben Vidar J15 by 1-2.

Sædalen Idrettslag comes from BERGEN which lies approximately 110 km from Haugesund, where Sparebanken Vest Regy Cup takes place.
