In addition to the two Minde teams, 30 other teams played in Gutter 13. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Minde IL 2 could be found in Group B together with Hundvåg IL G13-2, FK Fyllingsdalen 1 and Nord, SK - Fotball Nord.

Minde IL 2 continued to Slutspill B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Sportsklubben Vard Haugesund Haugesund blå with 0-6. In the Final, Sportsklubben Vard Haugesund Haugesund blå won over Fana Fotball 2 and became the winner of Slutspill B in Gutter 13.
