In addition to Varhaug IL, 7 other teams played in Jenter 17. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Varhaug IL could be found in Group B together with Lyngbø SK Frøya/Lyngbø, Stegaberg IL Stegaberg/Skjold j17 and Øygarden IL J17.

Varhaug IL continued to Slutspill A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Øystese IL Øystese/Norheimsund with 0-1. In the Final, Lyngbø SK Frøya/Lyngbø won over Øystese IL Øystese/Norheimsund and became the winner of Slutspill A in Jenter 17.
