In addition to Øygarden IL, 7 other teams played in Jenter 17. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Øygarden IL J17 could be found in Group B together with Lyngbø SK Frøya/Lyngbø, Stegaberg IL Stegaberg/Skjold j17 and Varhaug IL.
Øygarden IL J17 made it to Slutspill B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Søreide Idrettslag with 1-2. Thereby Øygarden IL J17 finished second in J17(f 2007-2008) Slutspill B during Sparebanken Vest Regy Cup 2024. Øygarden IL also participated in Jenter 17 during Sparebanken Vest Regy Cup 2023.
